You had the delegates eating out of the palm of your hand as you conveyed powerful messages on the fundamentals of management. That every delegate has during his/her career acquired the skills you covered, was strangely irrelevant. The 5 step business planning process has enabled me to re-evaluated my strategies and create a plan understood by all our team. Now everyone knows what to do and how they will be measured. The team is much more motivated and productivity has increased.

This program really works.  We have increased productivity on average by 17% over the past 8 weeks, the best results in the company's history.  Morale has improved and the team is far more pro-active and involved with daily activity.

Although I have yet to attend a course (I have signed up for the next one), I have experienced your skills first hand, having attended the recent parents meeting at one of the local schools in the area, which you chaired in your new role as Chairman of the Board of Governors.
